VOA Standard English of July,2012

    VOA常速英语即VOA Standard English又称作“VOA标准英语”，Standard English 是美国人日常使用规范英语，即美国普通话（General American），使用“标准英语”这一词是为了区别于“特别英语”。标准英语的播音速度每分钟不低于140个单词，词汇量在4000以上，句子较长，结构复杂，内容详实。

    中国广大地区每日均可收到近十二小时的节目，与Special English一样，Standard English分为News和Feature Programs两大类。
